Class Meeting Minutes

Members Present: Chair: Rob Troupe (Instructor), Aaron Chief, Jeremy Gamble, Kaylon Kahpecysewat, Janet Kahpecysewat, John Kahpecysewat, Susan Kahpecysewat, Livia Kahpecysewat, Sharlene Mooswa, Lindsay Osecap, Marissa Osecap, April Swiftwolfe, Cordell Charles, Ian Mooswa, Rose Marie Mooswa

Agenda:

1. Garage Sale / Bake Sale: The ABE class will hold a garage sale and bake sale this May 20th, at the Band Hall. It was decided that tasks would be assigned at a later date.
2. Community Clean Up: Livia has contacted Edger Gludue, the public works representative, who has asked for a formal proposal to our request to clean public areas including the grave yard, and our elders yards. The class agreed to write the proposal as a class tomorrow.
3. Class Funds: As a class, through consensus, we choose John Kahpecysewat and Livia Kahpecysewat to act as our class treasures with signing authority. Rose and Aaron will be alternatives if allowed by the bank.
4. Other Business: Class publications are still to be worked upon, and are not forgotten. They will be worked on next week. Students will find time to meet with the instructor to complete their resumes.
